Privacy policy
How Safias Collection uses personal information when you browse, shop or contact us. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
Information you provide
We use your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and messages to process orders and help you. For bank transfers or a refund of an exchange price difference, we may need payment proof or account details. Never send us your password, PIN or one-time verification code.
Shopping and account information
Shopify provides our checkout and customer accounts. It processes the information needed to place orders, verify account access, record payment status and show order history. Our website is hosted by Vercel. These services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details to operate and protect the store.
Cookies and saved preferences
Our website uses a cart cookie to keep your bag available between visits. Saved-product preferences may be stored in your browser’s local storage, and session storage remembers parts of your browsing experience. Shopify checkout and account pages use their own cookies and similar technologies. Clearing browser storage can reset your bag or saved preferences.
Why we use your information
We use personal information to fulfil and deliver orders, provide order updates, handle exchanges and price-difference refunds, answer questions, maintain necessary records, and protect the store against misuse. If you choose to receive marketing emails, we use your email for those messages; you can unsubscribe using the link in the email.
Order messages and WhatsApp
Order emails come from orders@safiascollection.com. Replies are forwarded to safiascollection237@gmail.com. When WhatsApp order updates are enabled and you choose to receive them, we use your phone number for those updates through WhatsApp/Meta. Messages you send to our WhatsApp support number are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta.
Who receives information
We share the details needed with Shopify, our website hosting provider, delivery providers, payment-related service providers where relevant, and WhatsApp/Meta when used for messages. Authorised team members can access order details to process orders and provide support. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Storage and security
We retain information for as long as needed to process orders, provide support, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Service providers may process information outside your country. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information or object to certain uses. Shopping with us
These terms apply to purchases at safiascollection.com. Please check the product description, included pieces, size information and order total before placing your order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, and contact us on WhatsApp promptly if you need a correction.
Products and photographs
Each product description lists what is included. Accessories used for styling are not included unless stated. Lighting and screen settings can affect the appearance of colours. Contact us before ordering if you need help with a colour, size or product detail.
Prices and payment
Prices at checkout are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). We offer Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. No additional tax is added at checkout. For Bank Transfer, follow the bank details and instructions shown with your order, and send payment proof and your order number on WhatsApp. Never share passwords, PINs or verification codes.
Delivery in Pakistan
Delivery is free throughout Pakistan. Orders within Lahore arrive within 3 calendar days from placing the order. Elsewhere in Pakistan, delivery takes 5–7 calendar days from placing the order and may arrive sooner. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number for delivery help.
International delivery
Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 321 8882464 to discuss international delivery before ordering. No international delivery price or timeline is promised on this website.
Returns and exchange eligibility
We do not accept returns. Each customer is eligible for one exchange only, for size or style. Request it on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. The original dress must be unused and unwashed.
Exchange delivery and price differences
You arrange and pay to send the original dress back, after contacting us for instructions. Safias Collection covers delivery of your one replacement after receiving the original. If the replacement costs less, the price difference is refunded by bank transfer. If it costs more, we ship after receiving both the original dress and your payment of the difference.
Garment care
Wash separately and select the delicate cycle when machine washing. Do not bleach. Dry in the shade and avoid high heat. Tumble dry only if the garment’s care label permits it, using a delicate, low-heat setting without over-drying. Follow any more specific instructions on the care label.
Problems and your rights
For an incorrect or damaged item, or another problem with your order, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and details. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under applicable law.
