No returns. Exchanges for size or style are available within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed dresses.
Request an exchange
Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 321 8882464 within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and the size or style you would like. The original dress must not have been used or washed.
Sending the original dress back
You arrange and pay for sending the original dress back to Safias Collection. Contact us on WhatsApp for return instructions before sending it.
Your first exchange
Safias Collection covers delivery of the replacement for the first exchange on each new order. We ship the replacement after receiving the original dress.
Choosing a lower-priced style
If the replacement costs less, we refund the price difference by bank transfer.
Choosing a higher-priced style
If the replacement costs more, you pay the price difference. We ship the replacement after receiving the original dress and your payment of the difference.
